The prestigious School of Pharmacy at Ole Miss set out to expand it’s research space at the Thad Cochran Natural Products Research Center. The $32 M expansion will nearly double the size of the complex. The project holds over 60,000 square feet of research space with oak casework, epoxy resin work surfaces, and nearly 100 chemical fume hoods of all shapes and sizes. This new space will house translational and scale-up laboratories to bring the University’s research into clinical trials and eventually commercialized products.
