The Auburn CASIC building is a state of the art research building anchoring Auburn’s new research park. The 68,000 square foot building will house at least 21 research laboratories and five multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary programs in the research areas of standards and measurements, and marine and forecast sciences. Nycom worked in conjunction with Perkins and Will and Brasfield Gorrie to complete this project. The modern design of the laboratories within the CASIC building make use of Kewaunee’s single frame Enterprise system and steel cabinets with wood fronts.
