Re:  Coronavirus (COVID–19) Update

First and foremost, Nycom is focused on the health and safety of our employees, customers and trade partners.  Secondly, we intend to do our part in minimizing the spread of COVID-19.  Lastly, we will continue to provide the best possible service to our clients in this unprecedented time. Below are the steps that we have taken:

  • Our offices are running on a reduced staff with most employees working remotely.  Supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness have been provided.  All visitors are prohibited from entering any of our facilities
  • Your Sales or Project Management contacts are equipped with the technology for virtual meetings in lieu of most face to face meetings
  • Field personnel are practicing recommended measures to avoid contamination.  They will follow any jobsite safety requirements instituted by our customers
  • All Nycom employees are required to stay home if they or anyone in their immediate family exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 
  • Corporate air travel has been suspended.  Any necessary in-person meetings will be limited to small groups using “social distancing” protocols
  • Currently, all of Nycom’s primary suppliers are in full operation and meeting delivery commitments

Nycom will continue to follow the recommendations of the government and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).  The way we work together may have changed for the time being, but our commitment to Excellence and Customer Satisfaction will not stop.
